Joy Rota

Hello, I'm Joy Rota

My own journey "up the mountain" has been shaped by personal growth and profound loss. I've learned that even in the hardest seasons, God is still at work — creating beauty and meaning from the ashes of what was.

When speaking to groups, I share real and heartfelt reflections on resilience, healing, and the courage it takes to keep going. When asked, I share how my faith in God has comforted and restored me.

When training people leaders, I focus on providing practical skills to support employees through grief or traumatic events.

"From the lowest dark valley to the view from the highest peak, every step shaped me. The climb is hard — but no one has to do it alone."
